Therapy That Transforms

Where Modern Psychology Meets Meaningful Relationships.

Our Therapy Services

Find the right support to help you heal, grow, and thrive. Each therapy approach is evidence-based and tailored to meet your unique needs in a compassionate, confidential setting.

OCD Treatment

I specialize in evidence-based treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), including Pure O Subtype, using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) — the gold standard approach for reducing obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. ERP helps clients gradually face feared situations or thoughts while learning to resist the urge to engage in rituals or avoidance. Over time, this process retrains the brain’s anxiety response, leading to greater confidence, relief, and freedom from the cycle of OCD.

Focus Areas

  • Support for Pure O Subtype
  • Tools to Manage Intrusive and Obsessional Thoughts
  • Personalized, Empathetic Approach for Lasting Relief

EFT Therapy (Emotionally Focused Therapy)

I help couples reconnect and strengthen their relationships using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) — a research-backed, evidence-based approach that focuses on the emotional bond between partners.

As an EFT Trained Therapist, I guide couples in identifying the underlying patterns that fuel disconnection, conflict, or distance, and help them create new ways of communicating that foster safety, trust, and closeness. Through this process, partners learn to understand each other’s needs and respond with empathy rather than defensiveness.

EFT is especially effective for couples seeking deeper emotional intimacy, healing from past hurts, or rebuilding after periods of stress. Together, we work toward restoring connection and creating a stronger, more secure relationship foundation

Benefits of EFT

  • Enhances emotional awareness and connection
  • Helps couples rebuild after conflict or disconnect
  • Supports families in developing healthier communication and bonds

EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

Move beyond the impact of trauma and distressing life experiences with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) — a highly effective, evidence-based approach to healing.

As an EMDR Certified Therapist and Consultant in Training, I use EMDR to help clients reprocess painful memories, reduce emotional distress, and develop new, adaptive ways of thinking and feeling.

EMDR has helped millions of people relieve all kinds of psychological distress. Years of clinical studies have shown that the mind can heal from psychological trauma as much as the body can heal from physical trauma.

This process helps clients find relief, regain a sense of safety, and move forward with clarity and confidence - creating a clear path toward lasting change.  I also offer supervision for those seeking consultation.

Why It Works

  • Uses standardized, evidence-based protocols.
  • Shown to reduce emotional distress linked to traumatic memories.
  • Helps restore calm, balance, and clarity in daily life.
