With over 10 years of clinical experience, I offer a thoughtful and supportive space for clients who are ready to invest in meaningful, lasting change. My approach is collaborative and personalized — helping you gain clarity, heal from the past, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
I work with capable women in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s, dealing with low self-esteem, anxiety and codependent relationship problems.
Tools such as EMDR engage your brain on a deep level for powerful treatment results all while the brain is working in a relaxed state. This can help heal the trauma that many of us have suffered in our lives.
I specialize in the treatment of trauma, OCD, and relationship challenges, using evidence-based, results-driven methods. As an EMDR Certified Therapist and Consultant in Training, I provide advanced EMDR therapy as well as consultation for clinicians pursuing EMDR certification. In addition, I am EFT Trained, using Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples rebuild trust, deepen intimacy, and strengthen connection.
I see clients in both Southern California and Miami, Florida, offering in-person and virtual sessions in Miami and virtual sessions throughout California. I work primarily with private pay clients, allowing for a higher level of confidentiality, flexibility, and individualized care. (Select insurance is accepted for California residents.)
